30-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, giving you 7 days from the date you receive your package to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your MOKHARA garments must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free of stains, perfume, or wear.

  • Tags & Packaging: Original brand tags must remain attached, and items must be packed in their original protective packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation number or receipt is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send an email to sakshikharra2611@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed dispatch instructions.

  3. Send your item(s) back to:

Please note: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Deliveries

Please inspect your MOKHARA order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect piece, contact us immediately at sakshikharra2611@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items & Final Sales

To ensure product integrity and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale & Promotional Items: Garments purchased on sale or marked as clearance.

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Any items tailored or personalized to your specific specifications.

  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift card purchases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to secure a different size, color, or garment is to return your original item. Once your return is received and accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new piece directly on our store.

European Union Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers hold the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must still strictly adhere to our return condition standards (unworn, unwashed, with tags, and original packaging).

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned garment.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Delay: Please note that financial institutions may take extra time to process and post the credit back to your account.

  • Support: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your credit, please contact us at sakshikharra2611@gmail.com.
